Vodafone Paredes de Coura
In the 2024 edition, the Vodafone Paredes de Coura campsite will be open between August 10th and 18th.
The camping area is reserved for all holders of a valid ticket for Vodafone Paredes de Coura 2024.
General pass holders have access to all camping days. Day ticket holders only have access to the camping from 8 am on the corresponding day to 12 pm on the following day.
As the camping area is limited, the organization does not guarantee camping space for everyone.
Entry to the campsite is only permitted once the respective wristband has been affixed.
The Festival Sobe à Vila is a free event that precedes the Vodafone Paredes de Coura festival and will take place from August 11th to 13th.
During these days, only general ticket holders for the 2024 edition of Vodafone Paredes de Coura are allowed to use the campsite.
There is a small space in the camping for caravans. Space is reduced so we advise not to set up tents in that place since they occupy useful space for other caravans.
The access to this lot is included in the full festival ticket, however it is limited and we do not guarantee space for all.
The medical post, located at the entrance to the campsite, will be open continuously from August 14 to 17 and until 09:00am on August 18.
There will also be a mobile medical team in the camping area from 10:00am to 07:00pm from August 10 to 13 and from 09:00am to 07:00pm on August 18.
As in previous editions, there will be a camper support team. This team will be available to assist you from August 10th to 17th, between 9 am and 11 pm, and on the August 18th between 9 am and 6 pm.
In order to avoid food waste, you can donate the food or drink (in sealed packages) that you do not want to take back to the association Centro Social e Paroquial de S. Martinho de Coura.
The collection of these goods will be made until August 18 at the camper support area.
In the camping area of Vodafone Paredes de Coura, you have a Super Market at your disposal from 10 to 17 August, from 09:00am to 10:00pm, and on 18 August from 09:00am to 05:00pm.
As in previous editions, Vodafone Paredes de Coura will have a small market in the camping area, where you can find different food options, clothing brands, jewelry, tobacco products, and personal care products.
This year the Vodafone Paredes de Coura Festival offers once again a space equipped with grills, where you can cook your meals safely and free of charge! The space is open from 12:00pm to 03:00pm and from 07:00pm to 10:00pm, from August 10th to 17th.
Campingaz cylinders of up to 2.75 kg of butane can be used. The area around the cylinder must be cleared of combustible materials up to 1 meter. It is forbidden to light fires.
A festival is not the best place to bring a four-legged friend. On the campsite, as long as you guarantee good coexistence between the animal and the other campers, as well as the appropriate conditions for its well-being, you can bring it. Please note that animals are not allowed on the concert site.
For safety reasons, motorcycle helmets, suitcases, and other large bags and backpacks will not be allowed into the festival grounds. Small suitcases, bags, and backpacks are allowed.
Other objects not allowed are umbrellas, chairs, glass bottles, cans, sprays and aerosols, laser pointers, professional photography and video equipment (removable lens), drones, weapons of any kind and all objects considered dangerous, as well as xenophobic messages or messages calling for violence.
It is expressly forbidden to bring any kind of food and glass bottles into the venue, but you can leave them in the checkroom at the entrance to the venue. You can bring plastic water bottles up to 50cl without a cap. All the water points are potable on the festival site and at the campsite. In specific situations, a medical certificate must be presented at the entrance in order to pass through with certain foodstuffs.
As in previous editions, the festival will continue to use reusable cups to promote environmental awareness and the adoption of good practices. You can bring your reusable cup or buy an official festival cup for €1. If you bring your cup, pay attention to the measurements (0.25cl and/or 0.50cl). If it doesn't have these measurements, you'll have to exchange it for an official festival cup, available at any bar.
Animals, except guide dogs, are not allowed on the concert grounds, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 118/1999, of April 14.
Failure to comply with these rules entitles the organizers to deny entry or expel you from the event, without refunding any money, and your festival wristband will be withdrawn.
It is forbidden to enter the festival site with any type of food and beverages.

Yes, children under the age of 12 can enter the festival for free when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes, daily wristbands as well as the full festival wristbands can’t be transferred to others. The wristbands are placed upon the act of exchange. This exchange must be witnessed and loose wristbands will not be given.
To access the festival grounds, you need to present your valid ticket for the 2024 edition and exchange it for a wristband. All DICE ticket holders must have the app installed to exchange their ticket for a wristband.
Access to the venue without a wristband is not allowed. The wristband is personal and non-transferable and is put on at the time of exchange, it cannot be taken for future placement.
The wristband allows you to enter and leave the venue as many times as you need.
If you want to access the campsite before the festival starts, you need to exchange your general ticket for a wristband from 10 to 12 August, from 02:00pm to 10:00pm, and on 13 August from 02:00pm to 02:00am, at the entrance of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue.
On the days of the festival (14 to 17 August), you must exchange your general or day ticket on the respective day for a wristband between 02:00pm and 02:00am at the entrance of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue.
The festival has police, fire, and medical services. For any eventuality, they are located inside the venue.
Vodafone Paredes de Coura has platforms for the public with reduced mobility on both stages, ensuring all comfort and visibility.
At the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue, payments will be accepted in cash, MB WAY, debit/credit card, and Apple/Google Pay.

In this edition of Vodafone Paredes de Coura, there will be 3 catering points in the enclosure, with more than 20 options, ranging from hamburgers and pizzas to national and international tastes. There will also be healthy options and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free suggestions.
At the venue entrance, you will find a Lost and Found area, where you can leave found objects and search for lost items. The opening hours will be from 02:00pm to 10:00pm from August 14th to 17th and from 10:00am to 08:00pm on August 18th.
From August 10th to 13th, lost items will be handed over to security.
At the end of the festival, all goods that have not been picked up will be handed over to the police of Paredes de Coura.
The Cloakroom will again be present at the entrance to the venue. Depending on the size and volume, you will be able to store what you need and access your goods as often as necessary. The opening hours are from 04:30 pm to 6 am, from August 14th to 17th.
The doors of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue will open at 05:00pm.
This year, in partnership with Vodafone and Toyota, the festival offers again a shuttle service from 14 to 17 August for Vodafone Paredes de Coura 2024 wristband holders.
The Vodafone shuttles will run from 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., and the Toyota shuttles from 02:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., between the campsite - festival entrance - town stops.
