Vivax took his first steps as a DJ at the beginning of the 1980’s in Lisbon, although his appetite for changing records in the 1970’s had already made him the favorite selector at the countless garage parties he attended: an inheritance from his father, a manifest melomaniac at the time. Although somewhat empirical, he has an enormous taste for technology and audio systems, so having him around when building set-ups ensures early resolution of problems, connections and other headache-causing details... 

His musical elasticity allows for the most varied musical wanderings along the extensive and transversal path in music, which begins with “easy-listening” and passes somewhere in the middle of House, Funk, Techno, Electro, Breakbeat and finally any style linked to music with a seal of quality. It is in this environment that he finds his favorite “booth”, creating in the audience an unusual stupefaction, or an uncontrollable desire to dance.
