Maria Luiza Jobim presents Rosa no Céu, her latest studio album, produced by Marcelo Camelo and born out of a period of personal and creative discovery spent between Brazil and Portugal. The album, which alternates between Brazilian Portuguese and English, brings together influences from samba, pagode, Latin music, and Anglo-Saxon pop, affirming a free and boundless musical identity. Following Casa Branca e Azul, this new work represents another step in the singer-songwriter’s artistic evolution, exploring new sounds without losing the delicacy that characterizes her songwriting.

Across eight tracks, Rosa no Céu includes the title track, written by Marcelo Camelo and Mallu Magalhães; the duet “Boca-a-boca” with António Zambujo; the single “Go Go Go”; and covers and references that highlight the album’s diversity. With arrangements by Marcelo Camelo and guest appearances by artists such as Jacques Morelenbaum, Maria Luiza Jobim confirms an increasingly solid and personal artistic journey, where the sensitivity of her voice and the richness of her musical influences come together in an album that celebrates love, freedom, and discovery.
