In order to avoid food waste, you can donate the food or drink (in sealed packages) that you do not want to take back to the association Centro Paroquial e Social de S. Bento.
The collection of these goods will be made until August 20 at the Sê-lo Verde stand, next to the camper support.

The medical post, located at the entrance to the campsite, will be open continuously from August 16 to 19 and until 09:00 a.m. on August 20.
There will also be a mobile medical team in the camping area from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from August 12 to 15 and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on August 20.

In the 2023 edition, the Vodafone Paredes de Coura campsite will be open between August 12th and 20th. 

The camping area is reserved for all holders of a valid ticket for Vodafone Paredes de Coura 2023.
General pass holders have access to all camping days. Day ticket holders only have access to the camping from 8 am on the corresponding day to 12 pm on the following day.
As the camping area is limited, the organization does not guarantee camping space for everyone.

Entry to the campsite is only permitted once the respective wristband has been affixed.

The Festival Sobe à Vila is a free event that precedes the Vodafone Paredes de Coura festival and will take place from August 12th to 15th.

During these days, only general pass holders for the 2023 edition of Vodafone Paredes de Coura are allowed to use the campsite.

As in previous editions, there will be a camper support team. This team will be available to assist you from August 12th to 19th, between 9 am and 11 pm, and on the August 20th between 9 am and 6 pm

In the camping area of Vodafone Paredes de Coura, you have a supermarket at your disposal from August 12th to 19th, from 9 am to 10 pm.

This year the Vodafone Paredes de Coura Festival, in partnership with Gardness, offers a space equipped with grills, where you can cook your meals safely and free of charge! The space is open from 12 pm to 15 pm and from 19 pm to 10 pm, from August 12th to 19th.

Campingaz cylinders of up to 2.75 kg of butane can be used. The area around the cylinder must be cleared of combustible materials up to 1 meter. It is forbidden to light fires.

A festival is not the best place to bring a four-legged friend. On the campsite, as long as you guarantee good coexistence between the animal and the other campers, as well as the appropriate conditions for its well-being, you can bring it. Please note that animals are not allowed on the concert site.

Vodafone Paredes de Coura has platforms for the public with reduced mobility on both stages, ensuring all comfort and visibility.

The festival has police, fire, and medical services. For any eventuality, they are located inside the venue.

In this edition of Vodafone Paredes de Coura there are 3 catering points in the enclosure, with more than 20 options, ranging from hamburgers and pizzas, national and international tastes, healthy options, and vegetarian and vegan suggestions.

At the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue, payments will be accepted in cash, debit/credit card, Contactless and MBWAY.

At the venue entrance, you will find a Lost and Found area, where you can leave found objects and search for lost items. The opening hours will be from 14 pm to 22 pm from August 16th to 19th and from 10 am to 8 pm on August 20th.

From August 12th to 15th, lost items will be handed over to security.
At the end of the festival, all goods that have not been picked up will be handed over to the police of Paredes de Coura.

The Cloakroom will again be present at the entrance to the venue. Depending on the size and volume, you will be able to store what you need and access your goods as often as necessary. The opening hours are from 04:30 pm to 6 am, from August 16th to 19th.

For safety reasons, motorcycle helmets, suitcases, and other large bags and backpacks will not be allowed into the festival grounds. Small suitcases, bags, and backpacks are allowed.

Other objects not allowed are umbrellas*, chairs, bottles, cans, sprays and aerosols, laser pointers, professional photography and video equipment (removable lens), drones, weapons of any kind, and all objects considered dangerous, as well as xenophobic messages or messages calling for violence.

It is expressly forbidden to bring any type of food, including beverages, in plastic or glass containers into the venue, but it is possible to leave these goods in the checkroom at the entrance of the venue. In specific situations, a medical certificate must be presented at the entrance to be able to pass with certain foods.

Animals, except guide dogs, are not allowed on the concert grounds, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 118/1999, of April 14. 

On the days of the festival (August 16th-19th), you can exchange your general pass or daily ticket on the respective day for a wristband, between 2 pm and 01:30 am, at the entrance of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue.

You can exchange your general pass for a wristband in advance from August 12th to 14th, between 2 pm and 10 pm, and on August 15th, from 2 pm to 01:30 am, at the entrance of the Vodafone Paredes de Coura venue.

To access the festival grounds, you need to present your valid ticket for the 2023 edition and exchange it for a wristband. All DICE ticket holders must have the app installed to exchange their ticket for a wristband.

Access to the venue without a wristband is not allowed. The wristband is personal and non-transferable and is put on at the time of exchange, it cannot be taken for future placement.

The wristband allows you to enter and leave the venue as many times as you need.

Hay un pequeño espacio en la zona acampada destinado a caravanas. El espacio es reducido por eso no aconsejamos que se monten tiendas, para dejar el espacio útil para otras caravanas.

Sí, las pulseras de día y los abonos no podrán ser cedidas a otras personas. Son colocadas en la muñeca de la persona que presente la entrada válida.
Son colocadas en la carpa habilitada para ello en el recinto del festival y no pueden ser llevadas para una colocación posterior.
